This is who I am.
I’m Nicole van Schaik – impact strategist, moderator and voice-over artist; initiator and founder of De Impactrevolutie (“The Impact Revolution”) in the Netherlands, and founder of the social impact enterprise Full Circle. With my experience and international network, I strengthen people, stories and initiatives that build a fairer and more sustainable society.
As an innovator and creative connector, I translate vision into strategy and strategy into action. I help accelerate social and systemic change. I collaborate with leaders, creators and organisations across journalism, media, culture, business and philanthropy to turn ambition into meaningful social impact – on stage, behind the microphone and within organisations.
For me, it’s all about progressive collaboration, authentic storytelling and meaningful impact.
I connect worlds that need each other: from creation to capital, from local changemakers to boardrooms. Together we strengthen the ecosystem for sustainable social change – today and for generations to come.
